Born in Versailles, my first culinary awakening happened alongside my grandmother. In her kitchen, I discovered the essential: beautifully plated dishes, simple yet perfectly executed cuisine. That's where I understood that the beauty of a dish lies in respecting the product and precision of gesture.

Cooking quickly seduced me with its creative freedom, this possibility to apply my own vision and share my universe through each plate.

I had the chance to work in the finest Parisian palaces, then at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Assembly, where I cooked for political figures and executives. Discretion, perfection, and excellence became my guiding principles. I also collaborated with Potel et Chabot at the prestigious Pavillon Gabriel for exceptional events.

My Culinary Philosophy

My cuisine is a celebration of contemporary French tradition, tinged with Mediterranean influences. I'm inspired by the greatest: Joël Robuchon, Jean Sulpice, Paul Bocuse. But my true source of inspiration remains the product itself.
