My Journey
From Versailles to Miami
Born in Versailles, my first culinary awakening happened alongside my grandmother. In her kitchen, I discovered the essential: beautifully plated dishes, simple yet perfectly executed cuisine. That's where I understood that the beauty of a dish lies in respecting the product and precision of gesture.
After years in Parisian kitchens, the need for change made itself felt. As I often say: I don't like repetition. Miami's vibrant energy and the desire for a fresh start brought me here. A new chapter opens, rich with promise and discovery.
